(1) How long will it take to receive those pre-order stocks?

For normal seasons, pre-order items will take 1 – 2 weeks to reach Singapore and for festive seasons, it will take about 3 – 4 weeks. Customers who cannot accept the long waiting time, please refer to "Glitz-Specials" column for ready stocks.

(2) How can i make payment to Glitz?

We only accept bank transfers to DBS/POSB account. Our account number will be given through the "confirmation" email, after you've sent us your "order" email.

(3) Do Glitz accept concealed cash?

We will not encourage this mode of payment. No one can be liable for any missing transactions / postages.

(4) How accurate are the photos shown as compared to actual apparels?

All the pictures are provided by our suppliers, so it would be 90% accurate, except for cases like slight color differentiations due to photography lighting. Also, apparel might not look exactly the same as worn on you as compared to the models. This is because different people have different body shapes/sizes.

(5) What if the apparels that I bought has major difference as compared to the photos shown? Can i request for an exchange?

Glitz seek for customers' understanding as all pictures and products in the website shown are provided by our suppliers. If we knew in advance that there is a product difference, we will advise you accordingly before you decide whether you are still interested in that piece of apparel. Exchange of apparel depends on case-to-case basis, otherwise, it is not allowed.

(6) What will happen if I received the parcel & realized it is stained / defected?

Before we dispatch any of the apparels, we will definately do a thorough check to ensure that it is free from any stains & defects. If such cases were to happen, please kindly take pictures of the stains / defects & send it to Glitz's email within 1 day after you received the apparel. We will advise accordingly & emails will be sent to notify you of the outcome.

(7) What if the apparel that I bought does not fit me?

Measurements of the apparels will be provided. If not, you can either refer to our measurement chart or email us to find out more on the measurements. We seek for all customers' understanding as internet shopping do have some risks. In order to satisfy all customers, Glitz are willing to refund half the amount back to you. Apparels are to be mailed back to Glitz & must retain in a sellable condition.
