(1) All apparels sold are not refundable or exchangable. (refer to Refund Policy)
(2) For any stock-outs, you can opt to change your orders or request for a full refund.
(3) Customers should note that there could be a slight variation of the colors, as compared to the photo shown, especially for white color. We will advise accordingly.

In order to satisfy all customers, Glitz have come up with a Refund Policy, specially for the following 2 cases:
(a) Incorrect Size: You'll have to mail the apparel back to us and it must retain in a sellable condition. We'll refund HALF the amount excluding postage fee to you.
(b) Defects: Pictures have to be taken and email to us within 1 day after you have received the apparel. We'll advise accordingly & if you're entitled for the refund, you'll have to mail the apparel back to us.
If the above cases were to occur, we will advise on a case-to-case basis.
